Harassment Training for the Employee
Comprehensive employee training is the cornerstone of a safe-and-secure work environment. Parachute's employee training program compliments it's training for managers and supervisors. Both programs deliver a consistent message to your workers so that all staff operate under the same set of principles and standards. This works well when managers and employees discuss their training and are able to refer to the same material, to ask questions or make comments.

Parachute offers the same three training options for employees as it does for managers:
Live-Online
Live-Online harassment training integrates a compliant focused PowerPoint presentation with Parachute's award winning docudramas to create an engaging, interactive, Live-Online experience for employees. This program is delivered in a webinar format combining the effectiveness of live training with the convenience of learning from your desktop. (requires a minimum of 30 employees per session)
Alive-Elearning
Alive-Elearning is Parachute's most recent development which allows individuals to complete the harassment training on their own schedule. This interactive, web-based program is based on Parachute's live training presentations, employing the same content and multimedia approach. This option has proven to be a great stand-alone training medium but also works well as a backup option for those who missed a Live-Online or Live-Onsite harassment training session.
Live-Onsite
Live-Onsite harassment training is also available for those companies who prefer face-to-face interaction with trainers. All of our trainers are accomplished employment attorneys with at least 10 years of experience and extensive training backgrounds. As is consistent with the first two programs, this training is engaging and keeps the full attention of participants, effecting real change in the workplace. (requires a minimum of 30 employees)
