Our Live-Online webinars are delivered using the latest interactive technology from omNovia. This method incorporates live training through a PowerPoint presentation, real-time quizzes, and streaming flash video. It combines the best of e-learning and traditional in-person training.
How often do you have open-enrollment training sessions?
We conduct our Live-Online open-enrollment sessions on a company specific basis. We no longer conduct monthly Live-Online trainings.
What are the videos like?
The video feature is written, directed, edited, and produced by film industry veterans and uses professional actors. The docudrama format promotes comprehension and retention by presenting the materials in a "short-feature" style that engages participants. All four of Parachute's productions have won the CINE Golden Eagle Award for excellence in training films.
Do your programs provide a certificate of completion?
Yes, and we also provide comprehension verification and tracking to make sure your employees are paying attention to this important and compliant sexual harassment training.
Who are the trainers?
They are employment lawyers who have had extensive experience providing harassment training to large and small corporations in a wide range of industries. Our trainers have also spent time handling sensitive and complicated sexual harassment claims.
How long does the training last?
It varies depending on the program. For example, to be compliant with California law AB1825, our manager and supervisor training lasts two hours. The employee training sessions last approximately one hour.
Can you custom design a program?

How do I track all of our managers and employees who have been trained?
After each training session we upload every individual who completed the full training course into our online database. Our state of the art software tracks each person participating in the training, giving us the actual time they spent viewing the program. Our online database is viewable 24/7, and each company may login and view who has taken which course, and when.
