Under California law AB 1825, all public and private employers with 50 or more employees (including part-time workers and independent contractors) must provide sexual harassment training to all supervisors once every two years. Every employee newly hired or promoted into a supervisory position must also receive the training within six months of their hire or promotion date. The training must be conducted in one of the following three manners: classroom training, e-learning training, or webinar training. The employer must also keep a documentation of the training, including the name of the supervisor trained and the date of the training.

This program is delivered in a webinar format combining the effectiveness of live training with the convenience of learning from your desktop. Alive-Elearning is Parachute's most recent development which allows individuals to complete the harassment training on their own schedule. This interactive, web-based program is based on Parachute's live training presentations, employing the same content and multimedia approach. This option has proven to be a great stand-alone training medium but also works well as a backup option for those who missed a Live-Online or Live-Onsite harassment training session.
Live-Onsite harassment training is also available for those companies who prefer face-to-face interaction with trainers. All of our trainers are accomplished employment attorneys with at least 10 years of experience and extensive training backgrounds. As is consistent with the first two programs, this training is engaging and keeps the full attention of participants, effecting real change in the workplace.

Parachute's programs work interchangeably with one-another giving you the option to choose one, or a combination of programs to satisfy your companies training requirements. For example:

Each of our programs consist of the same presentation materials, quizzes and award-winning videos (22 minutes of video in each!) so no matter which program your managers complete, they will all have received the same great training.
Once each manager has successfully completed one of the above programs, they are given a certificate and are entered into Parachute’s online training database. This confidential database is made available to our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so that they can monitor which supervisors in their company have been trained, and when they need to be re-trained. This database is convenient, reliable, and sortable (by: first name, last name, email address, date trained, etc.) making the training managers job much simpler.
