Managing Harassment in the Workplace
Parachute provides companies with a cost effective and convenient set of sexual harassment training solutions to meet compliance requirements while effecting real change in the workplace. Parachute's programs are designed to be national in scope, giving companies the option to train managers or employees around the country, while being compliant with California law AB 1825.
Parachute offers three seperate harassment training options for both managers and employees. Companies may choose one, or a combination of the below programs to help satisfy their sexual harassment training needs.
Live-Online
Live-Online harassment training integrates a compliant focused PowerPoint presentation with Parachute's award winning docudramas to create an engaging, interactive, Live-Online experience for both managers and employees. This program is delivered in a webinar format combining the effectiveness of live training with the convenience of learning from your desktop.
Alive-Elearning
Alive-Elearning is Parachute's most recent development which allows individuals to complete the harassment training on their own schedule. This interactive, web-based program pulls from Parachute's live training presentations, employing much of the same content and multimedia approach. This option has proven to be a great stand-alone training medium but also works well as a backup option for those who missed a Live-Online or Live-Onsite harassment training session.
Live-Onsite
Live-Onsite harassment training is also available for those companies who prefer face-to-face interaction with trainers. All of our trainers are accomplished employment attorneys with at least 10 years of experience and extensive training backgrounds. As is consistent with the first two programs, this training is engaging and keeps the full attention of participants, effecting real change in the workplace.
